Protecting Your Event Experience

At Soul Unique Studio Events, we strive to provide reliable service and quality rental equipment for every event. Please review our rental policies before booking.

Reservations & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and rental items.

Reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event date.

Bookings made within 72 hours of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Rush Bookings

We understand that events sometimes come together quickly.

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date may be subject to a rush booking fee based on scheduling and availability.

Rush bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Soul Unique Studio Events reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests based on inventory availability and scheduling limitations.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery fees vary based on location, rental size, and setup requirements.

An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the delivery location during delivery and pickup.

The delivery area must be accessible, safe, and clear of obstacles.

Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carry distances, difficult access, or special setup requirements.

Delivery and pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, and scheduling.

Equipment Responsibility

The renter is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

The renter assumes responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed equipment.

Repair, cleaning, or replacement fees may be charged as necessary.

Tent Rental Policy

Tents must not be moved, altered, or modified after setup.

Tent placement must be approved before installation begins.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any sprinkler systems, underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other hidden hazards in the setup area.

Soul Unique Studio Events reserves the right to refuse installation if the area is deemed unsafe.

Weather Policy

Weather conditions are beyond our control.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather forecasts, rain, wind, heat, cold temperatures, or other weather-related conditions.

When possible, rescheduling may be offered based on availability.

In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Soul Unique Studio Events reserves the right to modify or cancel services for safety reasons.

Setup Area Requirements

The setup area must be reasonably level, clean, and accessible.

The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space is available for delivery and setup.

Additional fees may apply if setup conditions require excessive labor or adjustments.

Photo & Marketing Use

Soul Unique Studio Events may photograph rental setups for marketing, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.

Personal information and private event details will never be shared without permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Soul Unique Studio Events reserves the right to refuse service, delivery, or setup if conditions are unsafe, abusive, hazardous, or violate these policies.
